Aginco considers information security an integral part of its business operations. We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving our Information Security Management System (ISMS), aligned with our business activities, risks, legal and contractual obligations, and our customers’ expectations.

Our commitment

to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and associated assets;
to periodically identify, assess, treat and monitor information security risks;
to comply with applicable laws, regulations and contractual security obligations;
to implement appropriate organisational, people-related, physical and technological security measures;
to report, assess and address information security incidents in a timely manner and learn from them;
to ensure that employees and relevant external parties are aware of their information security responsibilities.

HOW WE COMMUNICATE THIS POLICY

The information security policy is maintained as documented information and actively communicated:

the current version is published internally via SharePoint;
the policy is shared during onboarding;
the policy is actively communicated following each relevant revision;
its content is supported by awareness initiatives, training and internal communication;
for external publication, care is taken to ensure that no confidential information belonging to Aginco, its customers or partners is shared without prior approval.

Information security is a shared responsibility. Everyone who works with Aginco information or systems contributes to their protection and reports incidents or weaknesses in accordance with the applicable procedures.
